devel update / 03.14.05

it was around mid february that my server went down and i lost a bit of steam at that point due to frustration. currently moving and creating an xspf tool webpage on my brand spanking new hosting service. that'll get some content out there, along with the release of plext::xspf. plext is working, i just need to transplant the xml reader/writer code into the plext::xspf codebase.
