winamp : in_xspf.dll

in_xspf.dll is an input plugin for winamp, currently it requires apache xerces, an xml library dll. i've provided the apache xerces dll off the directory which i've provided the in_xspf.dll to save you navigation time if you so desire.

in_xspf.dll goes in your winamp/plugins directory
xerces-c_2_6.dll goes in either your winamp root directory or somewhere dlls are searched for (ie: [windows directory]/system32).

i haven't validated xerces working on anything other than win2k, but its my thought that it should work with winxp as well, as for legacy win9x i dont have a box to do such testing.

things that should work:
1) open an xspf
2) save an xspf
3) enqueue an xspf
4) open a remote xspf (http://) (note: currently uses winamp's handler)

past these things i don't think i coded anything in my sleep.

note: this plugin is for testing purposes only, the plugin is and will be undergoing significant changes during this development cycle. if you wish to help out by testing the plugin then be ready to overwrite the plugin and in some cases delete the old plugin completely. there are no guarantees expressed or implied if you use this dll, you're on your own. with this said i appreciate you testing in_xspf =)
