bug fix : 12.03.04

had an apparently release only build bug, i rewrote the routines and it seems to be gone. probably fixed some logic error that managed to squeeze past due to the way memory is allocated in debug mode.

so in the end we have a bigger in_xspf.dll and the way it is supposed to work. i guess that's a trade off.
